“Les Enfants de la Plaine” is a small, rather confidential cuvée that we created to celebrate our reunion at the Château.
The wine is made without sulfur during vinification and not aged in barrel, always in favor of the fruit. In addition to our traditional know-how, we also needed to express our ability to explore and try new things.
All our wines are made with the utmost demand. We have been winemakers for 5 generations, we work as a family, on a human scale. The main part of our vineyards are located around the castle or within a radius of less than 5 km. Our soils are mostly sands and gravel and we preserve them by working as naturally as possible: without herbicides and without synthetic fertilizers.
We harvest by hand and carefully select the best grapes. Day after day, plot after plot, our energy and philosophy allow you to offer you fine wines and great elegance.
