Creating a Pindefleurs account

Creating a Pindefleurs account is easy:

  • Click on “My Account” in the top right of the home page on your computer, or on the menu from your mobile.
  • Enter your email address on the registration page.
  • Fill in your details in the required fields and confirm.

To make the login/registration process quicker and easier, you can also choose to have your details automatically filled in via ‘Facebook Connect’, which will use information about you from your Facebook account to create your Pindefleurs account.

In this case, please be aware that any invitations or messages we send will appear in the inbox of the email account linked to your Facebook account.

Logging in to your account

To login to your Pindefleurs account, click on “My Account” in the top right of the home page on your computer, or on the menu from your mobile.

Enter your email address and password, then confirm.
You can also log in via ‘Facebook Connect’.

Receiving the Pindefleurs Newsletter

To receive our Newsletter simply go to “my account/account details” and check the “Receive Invitations” box.
If ever you do not receive our invitations, we invite you first to check your spam and to add the address chateau@pindefleurs.fr to your address book.

Unsubscribe from the Pindefleurs newsletter

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, simply uncheck the box “receive invitations” in your space “My account/Account details” or click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each of our newsletters.

Manage my delivery addresses

You can save your shipping address to your account, so that you don’t have to type it in every time you make an order. You can also delete saved shipping addresses. To do so, go to your “My account/Addresses”space.

Change password

To change your password, go to “My account/Account details“.

Retrievering your password

If you have forgotten your password, go to the “my account” area on the top right of the home page, enter your email address and click on “Lost Password?”. You will receive an email that will assist you to reset it.

Protecting your personal data

Delete my account

If you wish to delete your Pindefleurs account, please contact us at chateau@pindefleurs.fr. Please note that this action will result in the loss of all your order history.

Shipping fees

Home delivery is 30 euros via our carrier

Free delivery on all orders above 300 € to France.

Delivery time

Delivery times are usually from 7 to 10 days for France, 3 to 4 weeks in exceptional cases. We can often, especially for orders of wines to the unit (old vintages), deliver you in 3 to 5 days. Should you have special date requirements, please let us know the last date by which your wines must reach you. If we cannot meet a deadline we will contact you before despatch.

Country of delivery

The delivery is made in France by our carrier at the address indicated by the customer at the time of his order. A notice of availability will be left in the event of the client’s absence. Delivery team has will not use the staircase

For deliveries to Corsica, we reserve the right to refuse your order or to charge extra depending on your order. You may then accept the surcharge which will have been notified (the wine will be despatched once the surcharge has been received) or you may cancel the order (in which case all sums received from you will be totally refunded). Delivery times to Corsica are longer than for the rest of France.
These delivery times do not apply to the sale and despatch of En Primeur wines.

Lost package

We invite you to contact our customer Service by email at the address chateau@pindefleurs.fr. We believe there’s always a solution to every problem

Returning Product

EARL Vignobles Dominque Lauret will only accept costs of return transport (at the current published rates) if one of the two following conditions is met : The goods delivered are not what you ordered or you have notified the transporter of any problem. If one of these is the case, please contact us.

Our website doesn’t allow you to pay for items in instalments.

Secure payment

We never keep any of your bank account details. Transactions on our website are handled by a secure payment platform managed by our partner, STRIPE. Any payments you make on our site are totally secure.

Your payment has been refused

If your payment wasn’t successful, please try completing your order with another method of payment.

En primeur

Every year in May, you have the possibility to pre-order bottles of the last vintage at a very sweet price. Subject to the quantities harvested which depend on climatic conditions…

Open house

Every year we organize at the Château an open house, on the first weekend of May.

Every year the Château Pindefleurs presents the latest vintage harvested, while it is still in barrel, you can pre-order your bottles a year in advance to benefit from a very sweet price.

When is it?

Once a year, in the spring between April and July.

How do I make, consult or cancel a reservation?

You can pre-order bottles directly on the website or by mail. Subject to available quantities. You can view or cancel your pre-order directly from “My Account/Pre-Order.”

Pre-order policy

The order of En Primeur wines gives payment, at pre-order, of the total amount all taxes included. Upon receipt of your pre-order with the settlement, we send you a “Title of Property”. The offer is aimed only at specific customers and in no way for professional resellers.

Packaging and Delivery

The minimum amount of a reservation is 6 bottles (75 cl) or 3 magnums (1.5 L).

The wines are packaged in cardboard of 6 bottles (75 cl) or cardboard of 1 magnums (1.5 L).
Optionally, you can pack your bottles in a wooden case of 6 bottles (75 cl), wooden case of 1 magnum with slide (1.5 L) or in a wooden case of 1 double magnum with slide (3 L).

At the winnery : You can also pick up your order directly at the winnery free of charge. Your bottles will be stored in our air-conditioned cellar, once your bottles are available we will send you an email, you will have a minimum of one year to collect your wines, after this period, you may be charged storage costs.

Change my delivery address

In the event of a house move, you have the option to change your delivery address so that you don’t have to re-enter them when you place your order. To do so, go to your “My account/Addresses”space.
