Our products are not intended for resale or consumption as part of a commercial activity (such as in the food service industry or otherwise). You therefore acknowledge that you are a consumer, a natural person, and you agree not to engage in the commercial trade of our products. Similarly, these products are not intended to be used for advertising or communication purposes.<\/p>\n

\nThe fact of placing an order, therefore, implies that the purchaser shall absolutely and without any conditions abide by these Terms to the exclusion of any other documents such as prospectuses and catalogues which may have been published by the seller and which are over-ridden by the present Terms.

\nPrices are displayed in Euros (\u20ac). They include all Taxes, but not transport costs, unless with prior agreement, and are subject to product availability.
\nProducts delivered in Metropolitan France and Corsica : prices include French VAT and duty. Where delivered elsewhere in the European Community, the prices include French VAT and duty but do not take into account excise duty or other taxes that may be in force in certain countries and which may be claimed from the purchaser when delivered.<\/span><\/p>\n

Basis of calculating delivery charges in Metropolitan France:
\nTransport and delivery charges vary according to quantity and destination. However, we cover the cost of transport for all orders equal to or above 60 bottles going to the same address in Metropolitan France with the exception of promotional offers (Spring and En Primeur offers).<\/span><\/p>\n

NOTE :
\nIf you order some wines not in the Primeurs offer, as well as wines in the Primeurs offer, the transport price applicable is the Transport price Vat included for Primeurs of the year.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is at your cost and must be within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of goods (Law Hammon du 13 juin 2014) , which must be in good condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal can be exercised either by logging into your customer account in the “order” section or by using and sending the withdrawal form provided as an appendix to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, by mail to the following address: Ch\u00e2teau Pindefleurs \u2013 1237 Route de Pin de fleur \u2013 33330 Saint \u00c9milion, France, or by email to chateau@pindefleurs.fr<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The products must be returned to EARL Vignobles Dominique Lauret within 14 days from the use of the withdrawal right by the client. After such 14 days, the sale is final. The products shall be returned with its original packaging, brand new, without having used it.<\/p>\n

A refund by EARL Des Vignobles Dominique Lauret for the order returned is made within 14 days by the communication by the client of the withdrawal right, subject to the receipt of the Products and its excellent condition.<\/p>\n

However, the reimbursement comes under the proviso that EARL Vignobles Dominique Lauret was able to recover the products subject to the return and the request for reimbursement.<\/p>\n

Except as otherwise indicated by the client, repayment will be made through the same payment means used to pay the Order.<\/p>\n

In the absence of respect by the customer of these GTC, the EARL Vignobles Dominique Lauret will not be able to reimburse the products concerned.
