Saint -Émilion Grand Cru
90% Merlot – 10% Cabernet Franc
Château Pindefleurs is part of the vineyard of SaintEmilion. The 18-hectare (45-acre) estate is planted with 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc upon different soil types. Our winemaking and growing techniques are mindful of our tradition, including an ageing period of 12 months in French oak barrels that are renewed each year. Nonetheless, we embrace the very latest in technology. Passed on from one generation of enthusiasts to the next, a strong and authentic bond connects Audrey and Pierre Lauret, their young owners, to Château Pindefleurs.

CUVÉE “LES ENFANTS DE LA PLAINE”
This « cuvée » made of 100%, started back in 2015 with an experiment on « how to make a wine without adding sulfite during the fermentation and the maturation ?» We were amazed by the fruitiness and the ease of drinking right after the finished process. We decided to bottle some of it without aging it in barrels. The result is a fruity wine with dark color with some cherry notes, a short round mouth… it’s not made to age.
